Your personal data, such as name, surname, email address and telephone number, will be processed for the purpose of evaluating your application made through our website and contacting you regarding your application, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract in accordance with Article 5/2 of the PDPL, and for the legal reasons that the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary, that it is mandatory for our Bank to fulfill its legal obligations and that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.

Your processed personal data may be transferred to our Bank's subsidiaries, service representatives and other service providers for the above purposes in accordance with Article 8 of Law No. 6698 on the transfer of personal data.

Your personal data may be obtained by automatic methods through the information/documents you submit/will submit by applying to our Bank.

Your personal data may be stored for the period required by the purposes for which it is processed. If there is no other reason or legal reason, there is no international law or regulation, and the obligations arising from the contracts disappear, your personal data whose purposes for processing have disappeared are deleted, eliminated, or anonymized.

By applying to our bank, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed or not, request information about your personal data if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose, learn about third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at the country or abroad, request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, request that your personal data be informed to the third parties to whom it has been transferred in case your personal data is deleted or destroyed for the above reasons, object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively through automatic systems, request compensation for your losses if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data. While exercising your above-mentioned rights, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee will be charged in accordance with the relevant legislation.
